Basically an automated NFL film room for Counter-Strike 2

Your demo already knows why you lost.

Same idea as the room NFL teams sit in after the game. The tape cuts itself. The round is on the radar, the call is on the same clock, and the half is one page your roster can read before you queue again.

Free to start. No card. Bring a .dem, .gz, or .zst.

CS2 Coach 2D viewer on Nuke at 0:44 in the round, with players on the upper and lower radar and the voice comms from that moment.
A real Nuke demo, mid-round. Clock at 0:44, both radars live, and the calls from that same moment.

What you sit down with

A film room, not another stats site.

The screenshots are the product, from one uploaded Nuke demo. Radar. Voice. The half. A coach.

The half, in plain language

See which site is bleeding you, while the loss is still fresh.

Match analysis reads the demo the way a good coach skims the VOD. Which site you actually hit. Where first contact went to die. How the forces and ecos really went. Then it names the habit out loud: the A execute with no outside control, the deaths nobody was there to trade. Written for the map you just played, about your five.

Match analysis for a Nuke demo: site execute rates, economy record, CT holds and retakes, and the patterns that cost the half.
Same Nuke match. The page called the half, the executes, and the defaults that kept failing.

A coach who will say it

Pick the voice your IGL will actually listen to.

Three coaches, one demo. Bl0d3 wants the set play, the utility, and everyone alive together. ToZ wants the fight, the space, and the mid-round gamble. DORKO-1 sits between them and will still tell you when the roster is spread thin and Nuke is punishing it. Run a quick look, one round, or the whole match.

AI Coach with Bl0d3, DORKO-1, and ToZ, and a strategic overview of a 7-13 Nuke loss.
DORKO-1 on the same demo: economy, roles, and what to do on ramp and outside.

More than the scoreboard

The numbers, with the grenades still attached.

Kills, ADR, and rating tell you who had the game. The utility line tells you who actually smoked for them. Useful when someone says they were fine and the demo says otherwise.

Player statistics for both teams, with kills, deaths, ADR, rating, and utility usage.
Both lineups from the match, plus the grenades each player actually threw.

Who it is for

For the player who reviews, and the team that finally will.

You play

A coach in the room, even when you queue alone.

Link Steam. Upload your matches. The review follows your player: where you died, whether anyone could trade you, and what to take into the next demo. Personal mode is the whole product, pointed at you.

Start on your own demos

You lead a team

One upload. The whole roster sees the same round.

The IGL, the entry, and the anchor stop arguing from memory. Roles stay on the player, CT and T. The strat you called sits next to the demo you actually played. One plan covers the people you invite.

Put the roster on one plan

You prep

Scout them with their demos, before you play them.

Upload their match. See the defaults, the setups, and where they actually stand. Stack a few of their demos and the tendencies get louder. Walk into the server with a read, not a hunch.

How it works

From “we got rolled” to a review you can act on.

  1. 01

    Drop the demo

The one you just finished arguing about, or one of theirs. .dem, .gz, or .zst. It uploads in the background.

  2. 02

    We rebuild the match

Rounds, positions, buys, grenades, the bomb. You tell us which five are yours, or Steam and your roster do it.

  3. 03

    Sit down with it

Radar and comms. The half in writing. A coach, if you want the round talked through. Then send it to the team.

FAQ

The questions that come up before the first upload.

What file do I upload?

A Counter-Strike 2 demo: .dem, .dem.gz, or .dem.zst. The compressed .zst files some platforms hand you work the same as a plain .dem. Upload your own match, or an opponent’s demo if you are scouting.

Do I need a team?

No. A personal account reviews your matches, tracks your stats, and builds improvement plans around your player. Link Steam and your side can be picked for you. Create a team when the roster should share demos, roles, and gameplans. Team plans are Team Premium and Team Elite. People you invite use that plan.

What is match analysis, and what is an AI analysis?

Match analysis is built from the demo itself: formation at 1:40, mid-round, post-plant, trades, economy, utility, and the coaching spots. It is there when parsing finishes and does not use your monthly AI allowance. An AI analysis is a separate written report and counts toward the monthly number on your plan (3, 10, 20, or 25).

What do the three coaches change?

They change the advice, not the facts. DORKO-1 is balanced. Bl0d3 favors set executes, utility, and playing together. ToZ favors aggression, taking space, and mid-round decisions. AI Coach is on Personal Elite, Team Premium, and Team Elite.

How does voice comms sync?

Upload one audio file, or a zip with a separate track per player. Transcription places lines on rounds. If the recording includes “MATCH START NOW”, that phrase is the sync point. You can also align it by hand, then map each speaker to a player. The lines show up with the round in the viewer.

How does anti-strat work?

Upload the opponent’s demo and mark it as a rival scout. Name them, pick which side of the file is theirs, and generate match and round reports. More of their demos feed a team summary and position heatmaps. Anti-strat has its own upload limit: 10, 20, or 50 depending on plan. Personal Free does not include it.

What if I need more AI analyses than the plan includes?

On a paid plan, each extra AI analysis is $5 and you are asked before it runs. Personal Free cannot buy extras. Auto-analysis after an upload only runs when you still have included analyses left.

Who can see a demo?

A personal demo stays on your account. A demo assigned to a team is available to that roster. Opponent scouting demos live with the team that uploaded them.

Bring the demo you are still arguing about.

The round is already in the file. Put it on the radar, put the call next to it, and walk into the next map with a read.
